Honaida Najjar is the co-founder for Cedars Consulting Corp, a privately
held corporation operating nationwide in the United States specializing in web designing and start-up business consulting. Her experience ranges from data analysis to operating a multi-unit franchise in Austin, Texas.

Honaida graduated from the School of Communication at the University of Central Florida with a BA in Journalism. She continued her graduate studies from the School of Business at St. Edward's University where she received an MS in Organizational Leadership and Ethics.

Honaida's love for Lebanon and her desire to see an independent, prosperous and safe country was the thrust behind her involvement with ALNM. "It is our obligation as a Lebanese community from all sects to join together amicably and genuinely come to an agreement that will benefit us all and make our country successfully whole. I am convinced that we are also aiding in growing the seeds of democracy and freedom. It is our opportunity to participate in rebuilding our country on the grounds of mutual respect, integrity and independence."

Born in Batroun, Lebanon, Honaida lived to Massachusetts and Florida. Honaida currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband.
